Easter Triduum Ministries

We need volunteers to participate in the various Ministries during the celebrations of the Easter Triduum. Please add your name to the list on the table at the back of St. Teilo’s if you would like read, be at Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion or take part in one of the other ministries.

Twelve volunteers are also needed to participate in the washing of feet during the Holy Thursday evening Mass. This act commemorates what Jesus did at the Last Supper when, as an example to others, He washed the feet of His disciples. At that time, it was the duty of the lowliest in society to wash people’s feet, but Jesus commanded:

“I have given you an example, that you should do as I have done to you.”

John 13:15

Jesus washed the feet of his disciples as an example to us to serve each other with humility and pureness of heart. If you would like to take part in this profoundly moving act please add your name to the list at the back of St. Teilo’s.
